TicketPilot functions as a tool for communication between Discord server administrators ("Clients") and their users ("End Users"). We are not responsible for any content shared or transmitted between Clients and End Users via our bot.

We do not monitor or participate in communications facilitated by the bot. The responsibility for any content, including its legality and appropriateness, rests solely with the Client and End Users.

5. Abuse Reporting

If you encounter misuse or abuse related to TicketPilot, you may report it by submitting a report at report.ticketpilot.me. While we strive to review reports, TicketPilot is not responsible for content shared between Clients and End Users and may not be able to take direct action in every case.

6. Link Guidelines

The following organizations may link to our services without prior approval:

  • Government agencies

  • Search engines

  • News organizations

  • Online directory distributors

These entities may link to our homepage or bot functionalities, provided that the link:

  • Is not misleading or deceptive.

  • Does not falsely imply our endorsement of the linking party.

TicketPilot does not oversee user interactions and is not responsible for any disputes between Clients and End Users.
